 Elite Mobile Barbers is an on site grooming service that brings a barber to your home, office or hotel room in just a minutes from our website. We connect you with top barbers in your area to deliver a great haircut wherever you need it, whenever you need it.

 

What area does Elite Mobile Barbers service?

We're proudly serving Downtown Miami, Miami Beach, Brickell, Wynwood, and Midtown. To book an appointment outside of these areas, please email us for pricing.

What services does Elite Mobile Barbers provide?

We offer trendy, or classic haircuts. We also offer clipper cuts for all styles, textures and lengths. Beard trims are offered as well.

 

How do I request a barber?

Our booking process is simple. Just press the Book Now tab. You can request a barber or schedule up to a couple weeks in advance. For special event requests please email us at info@elitemobilebarbers.com

 

Who are the Elite mobile barbers?

EMB barbers come from some of the most distinguished barbershops and salons in the world. Each barber is handpicked, screened, and trained by our management team. All barbers are licensed and carry their identification and barber license with them at all times.

 

Is EMB safe?

 

Yes! All EMB barbers are screened with an extensive background check before hiring.

 

Do we clean up the hair after the haircut? 

Yes, EMB barbers bring a portable handheld vacuum & broom to clean up after the service. 

 

How long will the appointment take?

Depending on how many services you’ve request, times will vary. A single haircut takes approximately 30 minutes to 45 minutes.

 

Is EMB insured & bonded? 

Yes, Elite Mobile Barbers, LLC is fully insured & bonded. 

 

Can I choose my Elite Mobile barber?

Of course! All you have to do is book an appointment and choose your specific barber of choice.

 

What are EMB's hours of service?

EMB barbers are available everyday, 24 hours.

 

How much does a haircut cost?

EMB gentlemen's haircuts are $55. We offer group discounts as low as $35 per person. We have even lower group rates for senior citizens and children.

 

What is EMB's tip policy?

Tip is not included, nor mandatory; it’s completely up to you

 

Can I reschedule my appointment?

Of course! Appointments can be rescheduled with up to two hours notice.

 

What is EMB's cancellation policy?

You can cancel your appointment at any time after you have placed an order. When a haircut is cancelled, a 50% cancellation fee is charged.

 

Is EMB available for special events?

Yes! For parties more than 5, contact us at info@elitemobilebarbers.com with the subject “Group Request”. 

 

I had a problem with my service, who do I contact?

If you are unhappy with the service feel free to contact our Customer Service team at (818) 446-6614 or email us at info@elitemobilebarbers.com with a full description of the issue within 72 hours of when the haircut took place. If the complaint is valid, we will send a barber back to your location to fix the problem free of charge.

 

Does EMB offer straight razor shaves?

Of course we offer straight razor shaves!
