EMB Pros is an on site grooming service that brings a barber or stylists to your home, office, or hotel room in just a few minutes from our website. We connect you with top barbers and stylists in your area, to deliver a great haircut wherever you need it, whenever you need it.

Do EMB Pros work on-site, or in a mobile barbershop/salon van?

We actually offer both amenities! Our pros can work on-site, or in our mobile barber/salon vans. Whichever you prefer.

How are EMB Pros dealing with Covid-19 safety?

All EMB Pros are Covid-19 vaccinated. All barbers and stylists follow strict sanitary protocol. They must wear gloves, face mask, and face shield.


What area does EMB Pros service?

We're proudly servicing Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton, and surrounding areas.

What services do you provide?

For the gentleman, we offer trendy, or classic haircuts. We also offer clipper cuts for all styles, textures and lengths. Beard trims, Hot Towel Shaves, Facials, and Color services are offered as well.

For ladies, we offer an array of styles and haircuts. From long layers, bob cuts,

to pixies haircut styles.

We also offer Blowout Styling.

We also offer Facials to help beautify and rejuvenate the skin are available as well.

How do I make an appointment?

Our booking process is simple. Just press the Book Now tab. You can request a barber or schedule up to a couple weeks in advance. For special event requests please email us at info@elitemobilebarbers.com

 

Who are the barbers & stylists?

EMB Pros come from some of the most distinguished barbershops and salons. Each barber & stylist is handpicked, screened, and trained by our management team. All barbers and stylists are licensed and carry their identification and barber/cosmetology license with them at all times.


 

Is EMB Pros safe?

 

Yes! All barbers & stylists are screened with an extensive background check before hiring.

 

Do we clean up the hair after the haircut? 

Yes, barbers & stylists bring a disposable plastic drop cloth, portable handheld vacuum, and broom to clean up after the service. 

 

How long will the appointment take?

Depending on how many services you’ve request, times will vary. A single haircut takes approximately 30 minutes to 45 minutes.

 

Is the company insured & bonded? 

Yes, EMB Pros, LLC is fully insured & bonded. 

What if the EMB Pro that I chose cannot fulfill my appointment?

EMB pros our team of talented professionals that are vetted, licensed, and background checked.

If a scheduled pro cannot make the appointment, another team pro substitutes.

What are the hours of service?

EMB Pros are available everyday, 24 hours.

 

How much does a haircut cost?

Gentlemen's haircuts prices vary, depending on the barber or hairstylist.

We offer discount rates for senior citizens groups.


Ladies' haircuts prices vary, depending on the hairstylist.

 

Hot Towel Shaves prices vary, depending on the barber.

 

A Haircut & Hot Towel Shave prices vary, depending on the barber.

 

Edge ups or Line ups are considered haircuts.

 


 

What is our tip policy?

Tip are not included, nor mandatory; but greatly appreciated.

 

Can I reschedule my appointment?

Of course! Appointments can be rescheduled with up to 6 hours notice.

 

What is our cancellation policy?

You can cancel your appointment up to 6 hours before your scheduled appointment.

Services cancelled at least 6 hours before appointment, can be rescheduled for another date. There is no charge for rescheduling.

If you are going to be more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, please let us know.

If you are more than 30 minutes late, you will be charged the full amount & will have to reschedule. You will be charged a reschedule fee.

If you have to reschedule more than once, you will be charged a reschedule fee.

Are EMB Pros available for special events?

Yes! For parties more than 5, contact us at info@elitemobilebarbers.com with the subject “Group Request”. 

 

I had a problem with my service, who do I contact?

If you are unhappy with the service, feel free to contact our Customer Support Team via text or email us at info@elitemobilebarbers.com with a full description of the issue within 72 hours of when the appointment took place. If the complaint is valid, we will send a barber or stylist back to your location to fix the problem free of charge.

 

Does EMB offer straight razor shaves?

We definitely offer straight razor shaves!
